Archways of climbing plants entwine around brilliantly colored shrubs that frame quaint thatched dwellings. The artist's landscapes are offerings from different seasons, and a palette of varying colors.
About the Artist: Carl Valente was born in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1928. Using oil paint as an exclusive medium for impressionism, he recreated timeless art in traditional form, depicting the peaceful countryside scenes that often include Victorian style houses and covered bridges.
Printed on luxurious, linen-embossed paper and smartly packaged in a matching linen envelope, this sumptuous calendar set brings an extra touch of elegance and whimsy to your daily routine. At 13.75" wide and 12" tall, opening to 24 inches–wider and more spacious than a standard wall calendar–it comes in a distinctly curated selection of luminous, idyllic art produced by a variety of nationally recognized artists. Dated January to December, it includes a bonus, four-month mini calendar spread of September to December of the previous year to help get a jump start on planning.
